DESCRIPTION:
The Pioneer DEH-P5900IB AM/FM/CD receiver features a Mosfet amplifier, Super
TunerIIID, Satellite Radio-Ready controls, built-in iPod adapter, three sets of
RCA preamp outputs, a rear auxiliary input and CD-changer controls along with a
fold-down and detachable face that features an entertainment OEL display. It
delivers a full 22 watts x 4 channels RMS and 50 watts x 4 channels peak.
Rotary Commander: The 7-Way Rotary Commander is like a musical
joystick: with one central dial you can actually control 90% of the unit's
functions and features. Scrolling through your MP3/WMA files and folders is now
very easy and very fast. In addition, when controlling an iPod, the operation is
easy to learn - it is similar in all respects to the actual iPod.
iPod control: Once connected to the CD-I200 cable (sold separately),
you can control your iPod through the headunit and even view album, artist, and
other music info on its display.
Satellite radio-ready: This receiver is compatible with both XM and
SIRIUS. You'll just need a Pioneer digital satellite tuner to match the
satellite service you select (sold separately).
High voltage pre-outs: If you decide to connect an amplifier, the
three pre-outs will deliver a clean, powerful signal path. The higher the volts
that a pre-out provides, the better the signal strength to your amp, and then
your amp doesn't have to work as hard. This will give you better dynamics,
crisper highs and big, deep bass.
Rear auxiliary input: This Pioneer CD MP3 WMA Car Deck features a
built-in rear aux input, which can connect with a wide range of external
devices, such as digital audio players.
Bluetooth compatible: Use the available CD-BTB100 Bluetooth Adapter
(sold separately) and Bluetooth-enabled cellular phones for easy, safe and
hands-free operation, including talking via the headunit's microphone and your
vehicle's speaker system. The system automatically mutes any other audio during
incoming or outgoing calls. You can store the phone book, then access it by
voice or the touch screen display.
Wireless remote: Control your in-dash player from anywhere in the car
without taking your eyes off the road.
