Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days from
the date of purchase and within (15) fifteen days after we
provide you the return instructions. Unwanted returns will be issued a full
refund less shipping charges* and a 20% restock fee. The 20% restock
fee will be waived for defective or damaged products only. Refunds will be
issued after the return has been received at our warehouse and inspected by our

The following conditions must be met:
* You must notify
AudioBuys.net Customer Service
before you return an item. We will reply your email within
24-48 hours and provide you the RMA number and the return
instructions (unless they are not already included in the package).
Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all
original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
* We recommend you send back the return via a shipping
service that provides you a tracking number. The tracking number can be
used to track the return shipment.
Returns after 30 Days:
AudioBuy.net does not accept returns after 30 days, however
defective items may be returned to the warranty provider for repair or
exchange. All merchandise come with a manufacturer warranty. The warranty
period on each product varies from 90 Days - 3 years
and will apply after our 30 day return policy. All defective
merchandise that are within the warranty period will be repaired or
replaced with the same or better.

* The original shipping charges
without the discount. These are the actual shipping charges (charged by the
shipping company) to have your item delivered to your shipping charges. If you
received discounted shipping, the original shipping charges are likely to be 10%
to 30% higher.
